Question : Can I enable encryption on the Motorola Droid?

Is there a way to encrypt data on a Motorola Droid 2.x? I have been unable to find any information in the manual or on the Web other than the "connect-the-dots" screen lock functionality built-in to the operating system.  This functionality is imperative if we allow these devices to carry company information. Thank you.

I don't think you'll be able to use the Motorola Droid for your purposes.
