Question : DHCP - Windows Server 2003
Hi Experrts. I need urgent help. We have DHCP setup on our Windows Server 2003 network and it has been running for 5 years. However, this week i am noticing that pcs are just going offline. When i check the tcp i see limited or no connectivity. I try and release / renew but it does not help. Its clearly a DHCp problem because if i look at a working pc and if i renew its IP it then does not work anymore. if i insert a static address then it works immediately. I restarted DHCP on the pc and the DC but it still fails. I even restarted the DC last night but still nothing. DHCp to me seems a problem, i have no clue how to fix this, please help...........
Answer : DHCP - Windows Server 2003
Check Event viewer system log on DHCP server. It points the problem and let us know please.
