Question : Do I need to Install ACT on every server before installing Act Network sync?

I have installed ACT on a Server (windows 2003 Domain), Installed Act Network sync, also, set the sync and installed ACT on few clients laptops, everything is working perfect, however I have other users that connect to remote office and I want to sync to remote server as well for redundancy and also those who connect to the remote office be able to sync with the server on that location but I am not sure if installing Act Network sync alone is enough or I must install ACT too. Then how the two servers will sync if some clients will sync to the remote office server?

Answer : Do I need to Install ACT on every server before installing Act Network sync?

Act will need to be installed on every device you want to sync. but this has the making of a complete train wreck if not planned out right make sure that at least all the servers can connect to main or your data is bound to get corrupted with to many different sync sets.  If you have a lot of act user you may want to upgrade to something like Act corp edition which gives you web\online access
