Question : Exclamation Mark On Network Card After Virus Removal

Windows XP Pro SP3

After a SMTP Zombbie Virsu I notices that it had messed up the network.

I now get Exclamations on the drives in the network in hardware.

I have had this before and resolved it, but cant remember how I did it.

I remove all the ghoste devices and the network device and then reboot, it comes back the same.

Any idea......
