Question : Download manager Flashget V3.3 disabled IE & Firefox browsers from browsing Internet

I've tried installing Flashget V3.3 on 2 different models of laptops (Thinkpad
& Ace) & in both cases, it would "block" the browsers (IE6, IE8 & Firefox 2)
 on those laptops from accessing Internet.  When this happens, pinging to
a public IP address still works (ie the roundtrip delay timing still shows up
but pinging say gmail.com or google.com  would not resolve & ping would
not respond)

Killing (from Task Manager) the Flashget process would not help solve this
issue but uninstalling the Flashget (without reboot) would resolve this issue

The flashget download manager software is obtained from

& I've tried installing by unchecking all options (eg: modify Network connections,
apply add-ons to IE/Firefox, ... about 6 of those boxes) as well leaving them on
(ie the default), but still no joy


Basically I just need to download those movies from www.dygod.net :
is there any other way other than using Flashget or help me fix this
issue with Flashget

The site is in Chinese which I am unable to read, but I guess the name of Flashget would be in Latin letters on that page if recommended.
I followed a few links, and the files you seem to want are hosted on FTP. So you might as well try a FTP client on them like Filezilla: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client
