Question : lookup data changes according to value of cell
I want to be able to be able to compare 2 sheets of data and excel return any changes to another sheet...
I have an Employee table and every so often the alignment changes... I want to be able to lookup those employees that have any changes and make the correction to ONLY those with changes instead of having to go through the entire sheet manually looking for changes in info ....
I attached a sample workbook for testing...
I want to be able to compare the employee info between sheet: Employee_Info_TBL and sheet July_2010_Alignment :
testagent 1 -- if the supervisor's name is different in the "supervisor" column on sheet July_2010_Alignment verses the "Supervisor_Manager_c" column on sheet Employee_Info_TBL then return entire row of data for testagent 1 from sheet July_2010_Alignment on a new sheet called "CHANGES"...
is there an index match then compare formula or something similar that can look up and compare the info and return only the employees whose info changed??
Not sure if I'm wording this correctly...
