Question : Microsoft, 3rd Party software patch management solution

Hi Experts.  I am getting ready to put in a request for a new management server as our DL380 G4's need to be refreshed.  Since we currently have 200+ Windows XP Pro and 5+ Windows 2003 servers in an AD environment, I thought this would be the chance to expand our patch management software beyond our current WSUS app.

What I am looking for is something that will allow me to push software to desktops remotely without me having to babysit it as well as push updates for various applications (Adobe, Office, etc..)  At the same time, I would like the ability to get reports on what problems were encountered and with what computer(s).  A "bonus" would be the ability to create OS "ghost" images of our desktops/laptops and have them pulled down by the client.  This would help us replace our Symantec Ghost app which is 6+ years old.  Lastly, because this is for a state agency and our IS staff is limited in resources, the ideal app won't require daily support or overally complex training.

I downloaded and am preparing to test ScriptLogic's Patch Authority Ultimate but I would like to get as many suggestions and reviews before I propose a solution to the management team.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

' It is now just exporting everything.  I'd like it to export only the file that had just been imported, so basically the filename.
'
replace " FOR EACH STATEMENT" - this does call procedure for all rows
with "for each row" - calls procedure for any new, updated row
