Question : Any help regarding video scene change detection using C#

Hello,

I am developing a video editor in C#. I have features, where the user can play the video, pause it stop it, fast forward it, rewind it and goto any frame.

Now, I want to add to it, a list of thumbnails, which mark the scene changes in the video. Need help in being able to detect the scene changes within the video. Any help in this regards would be appreciated.

The application is being developed in C#.
