Question : looking for TAPI CTI PBX emulator software to test TAPI compliant screen pop client

Does anyone know of a free emulator/simulator that will let me do this?

I googled and found TapiMaster, but they don't seem to be around anymore.

If I understand what you want is a TSP (Telephony Service provider) to test TAPI applications as you don't have PBX
So googling TSP Emulator, I found this:
