Question : What's a good choice for Cloud?

I have a customer that is looking for a cloud computing solution.  They want to have a common place for their MS Office docs, PDF, JPG, GIF and would like to host their Exchange there as well.  They're currently using a hosted Exchange solution.  They only have 3 users and may expand to 5 or 6 in the future.  I was thinking of setting them up with a MS SBS 2008 on a Cloud.

I've looked at Amazon and a few others as a Cloud solution for this customer.  It seems like cloud computing is taking off but it seems like there's still this mystery to it.  I've looked at signing up as a reseller at Artisan.  Has anyone had any experience with reselling Cloud?  Using Cloud in a small business setting to share files and Exchange?  Any comments, suggestions or recommendations?  Thanks!

BPOS would be the solution you're looking for but requires a minimum of 5 licenses.

But if you're going to do BPOS, why SBS 08.   If they're going to host email and documents and other files in the cloud, why do they need a server?   If anything I would do either WHS or Foundation Server.   otherwise they are paying twice for email and file collaboration (cloud and on the server)

So what's this customer going to do when their internet connection is down
