Question : Error message from Symantec Mail Security

Sender of the infected item:  [email protected]m
Subject of the message:  Your order has been paid! Parcel NR:
This is using Symantec Mail Security for MS Exchange 2003 server. One of my user received the error message as follows:

The attachment(s) "Amazon_Tracking_Number_N8893.zip" was Quarantined for the following reasons:
                Unrepairable virus Trojan.Sasfis was found in Amazon_Tracking_Number_N8893-2344____________DOC.exe.

This was done due to the following Symantec Mail Security settings:
 Scan: Auto-Protect
   Rule: Unrepairable Virus Rule

What should I do? Does this a threat that unresolvable?

What I've discovered when this message is received is that the trojan was detected but definitions were not such that the trojan could be removed.  I've been told to download rapid release definitions.  That's kind of a hassle and reverted to blocking keyword and, in dire cases, blocking zip/exe file attachments all together.
