You can do so 1 of a few ways:
1. Use vCenter Converter Standalone to convert ('move') the VMs from 1 ESXi host to another (
http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/datacenter_downloads/vmware_vcenter_converter_standalone/4_0);
2. You can use WinSCP to copy the VMs from one ESXi host to another (
http://winscp.net/eng/download.php)
;
3. You can use Veeam FastSCP to to copy the VMs from one ESXi host to another (
http://www.veeam.com/vmware-esxi-fastscp.html)
The 1 caveat with either copy method (not that it's too big a deal) is that you'll need to enable SSH on each of your ESXi hosts.
See:
http://www.vm-help.com/esx/esx3i/ESXi_enable_SSH.php and,
http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003677Hope that helps.
