Question : USB Flash Drive and Printer

I have installed HP Laser Jet 1022 Printer on my computer, and it is working properly, when i connect my flash drive the computer do not detect and shows UNKNOWN DEVICE, when i remove the printer from USB and plug Flash Drive, it works properly, after i connect printer cable the Flash Drive disappears. I have changed USB Cable of the printer but still im facing same problem. Yesterday it happens with my computer , today it happens with one of the user in my company. Pls help me.
