Question : Unable to open a jpeg image in Word 2007

 Hi Experts,

  So before I had windows XP and was able to open jpg pictures in word. I upgraded to Windows 2007 and office 2007 and now I can't open any jpeg images in word. I get a file conversion img_2127.jpg and its asking me to select the coding that makes your document readable, I select the default windows and the preview is garbage. Please help/

Answer : Unable to open a jpeg image in Word 2007

-Double-click the .jpg and it should open in "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".  -Right-click the image and select "Edit" it should open in MS Paint
-Press (Ctrl) + (A) to select the image
-Press (Ctrl) + (C) to copy the image
-Open Word 2007
-Press (Ctrl) + (V) to paste the image

You should now be able to add text, etc.
