Question : buffalo Terastation - Network Storage - Admin Password not accepted by Device.

Last night we had some issue in data center (Temperature issue), due to which our devices automatically shut down.

We have a buffalo Terastation - Network Storage device which could not recover to normal state.
It seems its users information got corrupted. becuase System is not accepting any password. even not accepting password for admin.

We can ping Terastation,
when accessed this way \\TeraStation11 , it shows all shared folders.
when accessed this way http://TeraStation11 , it takes to web management page but keeps on asking for admin password.

• No one changed password

• Also tried the reset option but no password is accepted (we tried default, password, blank, terastation as our guesses for admin user after reseting.

• Also tried to update firmware, but it also asks for password which never works.

TeraStation Model : TS-1.0TGL/R5
Please help in this regard.
