Question : Outlook 2003, Reminders

I have a user who uses outlook 2003 on exchange 2003.  normally, when he logs into Outlook, he has several reminders pop up, something in the neighborhood of 100 or more.

last week, his reminders stopped popping up.  So, I went in and turn of the reminder option, restarted outlook, turn on the reminders, closed outlook and when we reopened it, his reminders came up.

problem is, only 16 came up, not the usualy 100+.

is there a way to set a time period and have all of his reminders come back?
