Question : Continuous Data Protection Recommendations

While everything seems to be moving toward CDP. I have been researching the various companies that make them. The problem is they all say mostly the same things on their sites and cost from very little to rather expensive. If I am going to go this route and back up my SBS 2003 server, I don't want to pay way too little for this? It just seems as though one would want something fairly robust such as Double Take or SonicWall. The problem is I know very little about them and which would make a good selection.

Does anyone have any recommendations or what I should be looking for or is it something I don't need at all given I have a rather thorough backup system currently. Although, I should say, I like the idea of CDP both onsite and remote.
