Question : Delete Old Exchange Emails

I have an administrator account in my mbx folder that has a ton of spam in it and I want to delete the contents but I am having difficulty doing that.  I do not have an outlook account set up for it.  What is the best way to delete those files?

You can exmerge the mails out and clean your inbox.
this will clean everything in Inbox
