Question : Increasing Partition Size

Is there another easy way of increasing the partition size for Drive C of a computer?
I have been able to delete the "Data" drive of a laptop which was not being used, but now need to add that unallocated space to C drive.
Easus Partition Manager just will not do it for some reason.

Is there another tool I can use?

Download and burn the Parted Magic live CD: www.partedmagic.com
Then boot your laptop off that CD and click the Partitioning Tool icon on the desktop.
