Question : How to find out which exchange server a remote user is using?
Without using remote desktop. I was thinking maybe remote registry, wmic or something. Prolly some easy way of doing it. I do not have access to the exchange server. Querying the user's machine is the objective here.

logmein is a web-based option, and theres vnc more of a similar option to remote desktop.
you may find tweeking the colour and speed options in remote desktop options improves performance.
