Question : Windows 2003 RS2 don´t start

when i install nod 32 on my server 2003 , and reboot , in the start, don´t up the os

the message its this:

windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt

<windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Please reinstall a copy of the above file


the server its a Dell Poweredge 1900,,

when a put the cd installation of the OS, in the promp of the windows installer , and whe y try repair the system ,, a message indicate that don´t exist a hard disk

the raid controller is
Dell PowerEdge 1900 PERC 5/E RAID

but i dont how proccede to resolv this problem,

When you are new to problems like this, it can be quite daunting.  May I suggest that you download the Paragon Drive Backup 10 Trial from http://www.paragon-software.com.  
Install it onto a working PC and Create a bootable CD/DVD that will give yoou accesss to the drive.  You can build the CD quite easily from the "Recovery Media Builder" located in the Tools Menu.  
Once the system is booted with the CD, you will have the tools available to you to repair the MBR, Boot.ini etc.  I found it quite useful.
