Question : CEO has left and have been asked to ensure that Out of Office applys to Every email and not just first one from each sender
Hi
The CEO has left the company and i have been told an Out Of Office must appy for 2 months, they have also requested that the Out Of office gets sent for evey email and not just the first email from each sender.
Is this possibe, i thought this was an Exchange wide setting
We have an Exchange 2003 Environment with 9 Exchange servers.

Yes this is by design and cannot be changed
