Question : TV SETUP WITH MULTIPLE INPUTS

I need to get the following setup working in the office. The users would have to switch input to change sources.

Inputs/Resources:
a)      Direct TV (using RF enabled boxes, input HDMI)
b)      CCTV Camera (coming from DVR in server room, input RCA)
c)      Presentation (coming from server room, input HDMI)
d)      Second Monitor (coming from computer in the same office, input HDMI)

Setup:
1 TV = a/b/c/d
3 TV = a/b/c
1 TV = a/c
1 TV = c
