Question : Google Calendar Sync Keeps Failing

I am running google calendar sync on a windows xp pro SP3 workstation.  I am trying to perform a one way sync from Outlook 2003 to my google calendar.  Each time it runs i receive the following error:

Could not initialize google calendar sync add-in for microsoft outlook: code 1011.

I already tried uninstalling and re-installing...no luck
