Question : Can MS Excel 2007 design the same layout image (See below) using scalable framed cells and embed fields text or images for use by web developers
Can Excel create custom tables or cells that match the same size and framework as this web page and modular layout of a Joomla template. This template (called Solar Sentinel) was created by Rocket Theme. This may need the vba editor to design fields, text holders or images etc. The purpose of this excel file would give a client who needed a web designed a means to see how a web page can be laid out so they can place ideas in a simple electronic format. This would make it easier for end users to hand off clear understandable content images links and fields in a predetermined framework so that a developer can recreate the site in code. This could be invaluable for developers and end users.
Can excel do this if so how. If not are there any other tools like Visio Publisher etc that can do this. Please advise. Any support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
