Question : BlackBerry Contacts

I have a user who has random contacts disappearing from his BB handheld. They are in his main outlook contacts folder and were there for awhile but suddenly are not.

I had him move one of the contacts to another place, then move it back which seems to have made it reappear, but we can't do that for all since he has hundreds of contacts and doesn't know which are missing.

Anyone know why this happens?

Hi,

Go to options > advanced options > service books on the device and delete the 'Desktop' service books.
Then resend the service books from the BES admin console to the users handset and this should sort the problem
