Question : Can MS Word 2007 allow me to take an image and allow me to trace text boxes over it

I have an image that makes up the template of my website. I would like to create a copy of overlayed text boxes over these black boxes.The boxes will be filled with content links images and cool stuff. I need to streamline the process of what will be put in the pages so I can hand this off to the developer in an easy layout so he can see what is needed.

Also to any Joomla expert give any support on how to lay this out to hand off to a developer I would appreciate it. Thank You.

Can this be done and if so how. Any steps or support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A good developer will only need and image and a description of what you want it to do otherwise they aren't very good and wasting your money

our clients normally just tell us what they need and we do the rest, it's probably better to describe it rather than waste your time with making those bits within word

but if you want to make it use excel and tables which can simulate the div layout and use the vba editor to design fields etc and the developer can recreate thus in code if they can't feel free to post and I'll write your code for joomla here
