Question : Outlook marks messages as read automatically.

Hi everybody,

I hope somebody can give me some ideas. The problem I am having is driving me crazy. I have a client with MS Outlook 2003 installed.  Connected to an Exchange server.  Messages that are coming in to his mailbox are automatically being marked as read approximately 15 minutes after receipt.  There are no rules setup that mark them as read. I deleted the email in BIS that used the OWA connection. Messages are now forwarded to my client's rogers.blackberry.net address.

I have checked every setting in Outlook. I cannot find anything that could cause this. I have tried deleting the Outlook profile and creating a new one. Was of no help.

Best if you upgrade to latest version which is Drive Backup 10. It will support backup and recovery of all mentioned systems by you.

And sure, yes, they do support USB drive as storage for image.
