Question : Strange SBS 08 Exchange

I have a sbs server that i have just fixed after screwing up the certificate on it by re-running all the wizards which has fixed the issues when i open outlook no longer get the certificate issue but what i do get is the following attached images which pops up and asks for a user name and password when the client receives mail i try the different combination of domain\user name or username@domain and the correct password but still fails and also outlook says it needs a password and when you click send receive it goes back to saying online connected to exchange

Any help would be greatly appreciated
