Question : Microsoft Access database on network omits objects when accessed from a specific computer

Hi Experts,

We have a Microsoft Access 2003 database that is resident on a network drive. Many people on the network have access to it. The problem I'm running into is that an employee who just got a new computer does not get to see all the objects on the database - i.e. queries,  reports, forms, etc., that she has security access to when she accesses the database from her computer. If she signs in to the data base from another computer, the objects are there - so I don't think its a security issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

taDUH

Answer : Microsoft Access database on network omits objects when accessed from a specific computer

If the object names begin with usys or msys, they won't be seen unless show system objects is turned on in the Access options (tools/options)
