Question : Migration from win 2008 sbs to one win 2008 dc\file server and one win 2008 exchange server.

A new potential client has asked for help and a quote for the above work. They have already bought the hardware and software. They wish to reuse the sbs server as the dc and file server and a new server for exchange.

Can anybody please give me some instruction\direction in the simplist way to migrate this, if indeed it is possible to migrate it.
