When trying to log into the server via the Remote Desktop I am getting the following error:
 "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in mstsc.exe [5488] and the Visual Studio Just-in Time Debugger opens.

The problem is resolved , for remote vpn users i have given different subnet and its working fine without any proble.
