Question : SQL change first date of week

Hello  I would like to set Monday as the first day of the week instead of Sunday.
I would also like Sunday to return the same week number as Monday since I will set that as the first day of the week.
This is all related to building queries to compate data sets by week#  (Monday-Sunday)
NOT Sunday - Saturday.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
