Question : windows 2008 r2

Hello
I have windows 2008 R2 server installed.
I have a program installed for marketing.I would like 3 marketing guys use this program from their computers INTERNAL.
i do not have DC on this server or Activedirectory.This is simple server only for this marketing program.
Pls give me step guide.
