Question : Quicktime Movie not visible in some browsers?

Hi- My client today said that, "I clicked on it and it ends up being blank. I had similar problems the other day."

This is a quicktime virtual tour movie he's talking about, on http://www dot code diva sites dot com/sonoran/vt/conference.html  

I've asked him what browser he's using, but he's one of those very busy guys, and not super technical. So can I get some people to check and see what browser this is broken in, and then get a solution? Thanks!!!

I have IE 7, google chrome, firefox 3.5.5 and safari 3.1.2 and it is fine in all of them except a problem with the navigation being behind the movie, which I'm working on with some other experts.

I created the movie with panorama factory 5.

no you can run teamviewer without installing it, but yes it would entail downloading it but i understand, hard to troubleshoot when you dont have all the details

here is what im getting back when i go there with firefox:

in internet explorer:

prompts with message box stating:

Click to run an Activex control on this webpage

when you click ok, it states its installing then it redirects you back to the same prompt
click install
if you click yes it redirects you to
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/?systemlang=9&systemsublang=1&userlang=9&usersublang=1&osvers=5.2.3790&platformid=2&ievers=6.0.3790.1830&qtactivex=117834752

also i noticed with ie i get this error
