Question : Dell 1737 Keyboard removal and replacement

My loving child ripped a couple of the keys off a Dell 1737 laptop. I've ordered a replacement keyboard.

Please provide step b step instructions, or better yet a YouTube video, with instructions to remove the old keyboard and install the new one.
