Question : Errors in database

Some authors have problems when running my DB examples. Included is one of them.
I have no errors on all my computers. Error is following:
"The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: a problem occurred while Microsoft Office Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control."
Let's try to find reason if you will have same error with this DB
