Question : Activity tracking

I am hoping to make this sheet track and time stamp interactions over the course of a month period.  It would be nice if on the interface sheet an employee could click on any of the given interactions (colored in yellow & green), then have the interaction record in the data sheet with a date and time stamp (in the date column and 1 under the corresponding activity in their respective columns.  The goal is that every night the employee would save the sheet and the next day use the interface again all the while the data and time stamps keep accumulating on the data sheet over the course of a month.

OK, try this instead.  Each click will result in a new record in the Data sheet.  Be careful to purge the data, depending on how many times you click in the designated range.

If you're using Excel 2003 then you can only have 65,536 rows in a sheet.  If you're using Excel 2007/2010, then don't worry about it, because you'll have 1million+ rows.
