Question : Public Desktop Icons not showing in RDP sessions

Got a 2008 R2 Terminal Server and if i add icons onto the Public Desktop in Users then when a user logs on they don't show up however if i add them directly onto the users profile desktop folder then they show when the user logs in.

Your settings should automatically be saved... Anytime i move a toolbar or anything around, it stays that way, and when i re-load visual studio it is the way i had it last...

You might try deleting your vssettings which i believe is located in: Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Settings

That will force VS to recreate your settings file
