Question : Deleted Virtual Machine from Disk?

The question is how to recover a virtual machine after deleting the entire folder from disk?

Is there a recycle bin equivilent to the windows method? I'm assuming I have to use the command prompt Alt-F2 at the ESX console?

No.  You will have to restore from backup.
