Question : How to make live sync for folders?

I have domain include one server and multi workstations
there is  folder named "Data" on the server I need to make live sync for it to all work stations
So every work station have live copy from the "Data" folder
What is the best way to do that

it uses remote differential compression so it keeps the local copy in sync all the time, if this isnt what you want then we will have to use something else.
