Question : Migrating SharePoint to another server

I have SharePoint running on 32bit server 2008 std. and need to migrate it to a 64bit server 2008 R2 std. Can anyone provide me with some step by step or links please. Also any advice if you have done this is also appreciated.

Yea, sounds like the raid controller went bad and the board needs to be replaced since it is embedded, You should be good when the new board gets there.
