you checked your system BIOS, also the solid state software/driver, as i understand some had issues with Win 7 and had to be update/flashed? try booting with one or two SATA drives only and see if that stops the issue.
you could check the Event log (Admin Tools) just incase there is ATA/ATAPI errors listed in the System log with drive access - run CHDSK on all of them, even if it has to do it on a reboot - so there are no drives errors.
to eliminate any possible network issue, keep the LAN cable or Wi-Fi disconnected.
