do you mean configure a site-to-site VPN and remote access VPN on the same ASA5520? then yes you can! you may configure multiple site-to-site VPN as well as remote access VPN on the same ASA. check cisco website on how many, if a remember right, ASA 5520 can handle around 750 site to site concurent VPN.
