Question : Terminal Server not authenticating users for RDP access

I have a Terminal Server setup, with licensing installed and enabled.  Also, I have all of the appropriate users set up under the built-in for Remote Desktop Users for access to the Terminal Server, however when trying to access with any of the said users with the exception of the Admin account, it says the user does not have access rights.

I just noticed that my TS has a local group for Remote Desktop Users and there's a domain group with the exact same name.   I don't know if this is standard or some clown messed ours up.   Either way, make sure what you did from above has the correct group listed (or BOTH groups).
