Question : Find Quartile points from Mean, Maximum and Minimum

Hello,
I have access to the Maximum, Minimum and Mean for several datasets.  Is it possible to the find the cutoff points for each quartile from those values? If so how do I do so? In Excel is even better.

You need the full data sets.

Unless you expected the data to be a bell curve there is no reason to assume it
