Question : Adding 2nd domain controller (Server 2008 R2 64bit) to existing  2003 sp2 domain

Copy the question from http://www.experts-exchange.com/Networking/Misc/Q_22126080.html

i currently have forest with 1 domains.  has 1 x 2003 server and 1 x 2008 server both 32bits , FSMO on 2003 server.
I am trying to add another 2008R2 server to domain  but its telling me this,

---------------------------
Active Directory Installation Wizard
---------------------------
The operation failed because:

The Active Directory Installation Wizard cannot continue because the forest is not prepared for installing Windows Server 2003. Use the Adprep command-line tool to prepare both the forest and the domain. For more information about using the Adprep, see Active Directory Help.

"The version of the Active Directory schema of the source forest is not compatible with the version of Active Directory on this computer."
------------------------------

I tried to do a schema update and I am getting the following error:
The Image file E:\CMPNENTS\R2\ADPREP\ADPREP.EXE IS VALID, BUT is for a machine type other than the current machine.
The current machine is my master schema DC w2k3 SP2.

how can I upgrade this domain?

search in internet says need to run the 32bits adprep , but windows 2008 R2 doesnot comes with this version.
