Question : mail.CAF-fca.org #5.5.0 smtp;550 No such user - psmtp

Hello,

I have windows SBS 2003 Exchange on it.

my email address is [email protected]

Everytime I sent an email address to the following email Lamadeleine@goldenplanners.ca I'm getting an error.

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

         Subject:      test
         Sent:      19/05/2010 11:00 AM

   The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      Lamadeleine@goldenplanners.ca on 19/05/2010 11:00 AM
            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.

I did test, I've sent an email from my hotmail account to the following email address Lamadeleine@goldenplanners.ca it went fine.

Where is the problem at my end or her end and how can we resolve it.

Ok I have done the check for you.  There does not appear to be anything wrong with your server...per se  

Test results from mxtoolbox follow:

Not an open relay.
0 seconds - Good on Connection time
0.390 seconds - Good on Transaction time
OK - 209.217.118.41 resolves to mail.caf-fca.org
OK - Reverse DNS matches SMTP Banner

And you are not reported on any black list

Can you email sucessfully to anyone else at that place?
