Question : Merge or Compare Or Combine 3 Dynamic Sql CrossTab Q

This is more for Knowledge rather for  solution...
I have 3 crosstab queries genererated from a stored procedure.(sql server 2005)
Ho am i suppose to compare these 3 crosstabs( I've already created temp tables for each one)
I can not use Union because columns are dynamic.
Should i join them... with full outer join ,left outer join?
These Crosstabs are the same but the only parameter that changes is the year..Each one is for a certain year (year today,last year ,year before last)
i need suggestions....thank you very much in advance

You seem to have permissions set to allow EVERYONE access to everyone else's mailbox. by default, exchange doesn't allow such things - you have to specifically grant another user "Full Mailbox Access" (in AD, properties of the user, Exchange Advanced tab, Mailbox Rights button).

I'd check that setting on one user and see what group you may have given that right to.
