Question : Broken WSUS on SBS 2003 because of MSDE

Hi,

I have an application (websense) i'm trying to install on the server. We don't have SQL (SBS Standard) but we have WSUS which must have a database of some sort.
Anyhow I manually installed MSDE and set a SA password in the setup.ini of MSDE when I installed. After a restart SBS Reporting isn't working, and WSUS is broken. Help?!
